Avalon Vortex 1:10 Touring Body Shell 190mm (clear) 0,7mm
The Avalon VORTEX is the new high-performance body from by Avalon Racing developed and manufactured in Germany, specifically for use in 1/10 scale touring car racing. Designed using state-of-the-art 3D CAD technology and refined through extensive test drives by various drivers on different race tracks, the VORTEX sets new standards in terms of aerodynamics and driving dynamics.
At the heart of the Vortex lies a fundamentally new aerodynamic philosophy. The striking ducktail rear wing simultaneously reduces rotational inertia and generates strong, controllable downforce for higher cornering speeds and more consistent lap times. The curved rear wing profile ensures optimal airflow and maximum rear stability, whilst the wide adjustment range of the rear wing allows for precise tuning to suit different track conditions, grip levels and driving styles . The high structural and geometric rigidity of the body efficiently transfers aerodynamic loads to the chassis.
