Tips for PGS-CLE: 

PGS-CLE is developed for low power supply ESC. Low class ESC model BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) sometimes cannot supply enough power for servo. 

PGS-CLE can be stable working even if cannot supply enough power from ESC.
